Yoga and T' ai-Chi are not religious practices and we honor and
welcome all members and their beliefs. Sanskrit is the traditional
language of yoga and is used in class as well as the English translation.
Some classes involve an invocation that is chanted, but is always
optional.
Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to stretch and
move easily. Yoga is traditionally done barefoot. It is also recommended
that you practice on an empty stomach.
