Beyond Fitness is excited about its focus on aerobic group fitness, taught by talented, passionate, experienced instructors. Classes are a great way to stay healthy and motivated. With multiple group fitness rooms and the best new equipment, we hope you get hooked on aerobics!

Low Intensity

  • Ageless Fitness 

    Are you looking for a well rounded workout suitable for all levels? This is the perfect class introduction for newcomers to group fitness. Hand/eye coordination, balance, flexibility, strength, and endurance are highlighted to create optimum health.

  • Aikido

    Aikido is a non-violent Japanese martial art founded by O-Sensei Morihei Ueshiba in the early 20th century. It emphasizes blending with and redirecting attacking energy, rather than directly opposing it, and as such is suitable for men and women of all ages and physical levels. Students may also learn to apply its philosophy of non-violent conflict resolution to other areas of their lives.
  • Let’s Dance

    Enjoy a low-impact dance aerobic class for all fitness levels, done to your favorite tunes from the 30’s, 40’s & 50’s.
  • Mat Pilates

    A gentle, yet effective form of exercise that helps to tone and strengthen your body by doing slow, fluid and virtually impact-free movements.
  • Sit and Be Fit

    You will be amazed and pleased to discover that you can get a total body workout sitting in a chair. This class is taught following the Arthritis Foundation recommendations.
  • Tai Chi

    Feel the Chi energy pulse through your mind, body, and spirit. This slow and gentle art of movement is both relaxing and energizing.

Medium Intensity

  • All About Abs

    Abdominal training using a variety of sculpting tools.
  • Feel The Beat

    A non-stop 60 minute workout synchronized to the beat of music. Also, using drumsticks will keep your mind off the killer burn you are sure to feel.
  • Kuk-Sul

    Emphasizes the ability to move and strike with Ki (energy) through connection with the breath and soft fluid motions.
  • Pump up the Jam

    Find your rhythm in this dance movement class that will turn exercise into a blast!! Come experience this energy infused hour with selections of hip-hop and Latin influenced music.
  • Sculpt

    A muscle toning class using a variety of equipment to strengthen your total body.
  • Step 1,2,&3

    Step 1: A calorie-burning, energizing workout on a step platform will help you improve your cardiovascular system while having a great time!
    Step 2: Intermediate level choreography for the more experienced stepper.
    Step 3: Advanced choreography for those up for the body and mind challenge!!
  • Zumba Gold

    Come enjoy this fun workout with easy to follow steps such as the Salsa, Cha-Cha, and Meringue, while listening to the sounds of international music.

High Intensity

  • Apex

    A specialty class program designed to promote RAPID FAT LOSS and overall wellness through lifestyle changes.
    A nutrition plan and exercise regimen is tailor fit to each individual participant.
  • Body Blast

    Want a big workout in a little amount of time?! This class is just what you need to get a total body workout.
  • Cardio Kickboxing

    Mix up your routine with flexibility and strength-building moves. A cardiovascular workout consisting of jabs, hooks, uppercuts and kicks designed to get you on your way to a leaner body and a healthier state of mind.
  • Circuit Works

    A well rounded strength and conditioning workout comprised of 60-90 second intervals at various exercise stations.
  • Hardcore

    Condensed duration, high reward floor exercises to increase core strength, core stability and lean mass.
  • Killer X-Train

    For those looking to tone up, get fit and enhance their agility; This head to toe training workout will do the trick. Focus is on all major muscle groups throughout all ranges of motion. Mixed levels of fitness are welcome.
