a wide choice of the latest equipment, punching bag, treadmills, cross-trainers,
Stairmasters, stationary bikes, and climbing wall.

| Women with Weights - This class is a pure toning class, geared towards women who enjoy camaraderie while exercising. Women with Weights educates individuals on proper weight lifting while offering a phenomenal work-out. Nutritional counseling, weekly weighing and a monthly health assessment are included with this program. |
| Women in Training - This pure cardio class is based on five individuals who are at similar fitness levels. A variety of exercises will be performed including sprints, bleachers, hill climbs, jump rope, plyometrics, etc. Weekly weighing, nutrition counseling and a monthly health assessment are included with this program. |
| Extreme Men -
This program is insane! Groups of 5-6 men are lead to the Paradise High School track to perform life altering exercises. Egos and professionalism are left behind and each man for himself comes in. Bleachers, side line sprints, push-ups and other fun activities occur in this one-hour time period, meeting twice a week. |
| Beyond Weight Loss -
This is a three month commitment and consists of 2-days/week with a personal trainer, and a 1-day/week with a nutritionist and a 2 days/week mandatory check-in with a Fitness Instructor for cardiovascular exercise. |
