poolAqua classes improve strength, toning and increases flexibility of all muscles by using the water’s resistance and aqua equipment. We offer slow-paced and fast-paced classes. Each class is set to music designed to increase aerobic capacity, aid in weight control, burn calories and work on balance and coordination. Aqua classes are a great alternative, or addition to traditional aerobics. Water allows resistance without stress and is easier on joints and the musculoskeletal system. We offer a wide variety of classes to meet our members needs.

Fitness Swim - A lap swimming workout for fun and fitness. This class is for swimmers of all abilities. Low impact, easy on the joints, builds cardio fitness and muscle strength.

Aqua Buff-N-Tuff - This action packed workout utilizes a variety of cardio skills while promoting endurance training and power development. Go for it - it’s time to get Buff-n-Tuff!!

Hydro-Core – (COMING IN MAY) Core stabilization has never been more refreshing. This class takes land based Pilate’s one step further by maximizing the properties of water. Improve cardio, strength, balance and agility all in one effective water workout!

Pillsbury Physical Therapy - Pillsbury PT will be using the Aqua pool at designated times (see schedule) for one on one PT appointments. Pool can be shared with members; our only request is quiet activities.

Supervised Swim Times - Parents with children 5 years of age or younger must stay in the pool or on the deck. Parents with children who can swim ages 6-10 need to stay within the facility during Supervised Swim Times after checking in with the lifeguard. All kids 6 years of age to 14 must check in with lifeguard and be assessed for swimming ability.

Mixed Level Aqua – This class is designed to accommodate both people with various physical issues and the fitness enthusiasts by offering modifications. Also perfect for clients that are pregnant or are new to fitness! Please call or talk to Toni if you have any questions.

Hydro Cardio & Sculpt – This hour of water aerobics and body sculpting, suitable for most fitness levels, will get your heart rate up while stretching & strengthening your entire body.
