Aqua classes improve strength, toning and increases flexibility of
all muscles by using the water’s resistance and aqua equipment.
We offer slow-paced and fast-paced classes. Each class is set to music
designed to increase aerobic capacity, aid in weight control, burn
calories and work on balance and coordination. Aqua classes are a
great alternative, or addition to traditional aerobics. Water allows
resistance without stress and is easier on joints and the musculoskeletal
system. We offer a wide variety of classes to meet our members needs.
- Indoor pool is used for quite water exercise. Please no aggressive movement in the water. Basic consideration for others who may be in the pool is asked of all members at all times.
- Enjoy this fun and energetic class to get you out of the lunch time lull while working on your cardiovascular fitness. All levels are welcome.
- This class is a challenging total body workout with varying speed, intensity, and resistance.
- A low impact, high energy water workout for your entire body.
- A specially designed class inspired by the Arthritis Foundation for members with physical challenges. This class uses easy and gentle movement to improve range of motion and joint flexibility.
- Adults and children are welcome to participate in self-guided water exercises. Please check aqua equipment out at the front desk.
- This class is for experienced swimmers who are looking to improve their technique through different training exercises.
- All ages are invited to come and play, splash and enjoy our pool. Posted pool regulations must be followed at all times.
- Come enjoy the serenity of water’s soothing and calming atmosphere in a friendly class, while working out with an experienced instructor.
- Enjoy the dynamic environment water provides while getting a full body workout. Get the heart pumping and the body moving for improved cardiovascular health, then work those muscles through a variety of toning and sculpting exercises.
– Come cool off in this fun mixed level aqua class with a Latin flare.
– This is a class for moms and their little ones, allowing kids to get comfortable in the water in a safe environment. This class if for ages 6 and under, there is $5.00 fee per class, and parent participation is required.
- This class is a challenging morning workout that encompasses cardiovascular conditioning, muscle sculpting, flexibility, and fat burning.
- This class is designed to get your kids out and active. The daycare staff with supervise and organizes games for the kids play, they get to have fun and workout.
- This class with fun routines combining aerobic and resistance training will take your workout to the next level.
- Offered for all ages and levels, there are private, group, and parent-tot. Lessons held at both locations. Call to Schedule.
- Pillsbury PT will be using the Aqua pool at designated times (see schedule) for one on one PT appointments. Pool can be shared with members; our only request is quiet activities.
