Pilates Glide - Pilates-based core training utilizing a unique sliding disc that allows for smooth and fluid movements and multiple muscle engagement.
Fit Fusion- An ever-changing variety of cardio-intense activities including kickboxing, interval step, agility training, and obstacle courses, all fused together to keep you super-charged with energy!
Sculpt - Complete strength training, this class will tone every muscle in your body and leave you feeling and looking awesome!
Power Pump - Get your pump on with Power Pump, a diverse grouping of compound exercises coupled with cardio intervals to build muscle and decrease body fat!
Sit and Be Fit - You will be amazed and pleased to discover that you can get a total body workout sitting in a chair. This class is taught following the Arthritis Foundation recommendations.
Spin - A fun cardio workout on specially designed stationary bikes, using great music and motivating instructors.
Spin & Praise - Traditional Spinning set to contemporary Christian praise and worship music.
Spirited Motion - An original low impact aerobic class designed by Debbe that invites you to break out of the traditional class structure and "sweat your prayers" Each class has an inspirational theme and is done to world beat music. This special class is offered from fall through spring.
Step - A calorie burning energizing workout on a step platform will help you improve your cardiovascular system while having a great time! Step Basics: Come learn the “language” of step in this introductory level step class. Step for the non-stepper! Step I: Easy to follow choreography for those new to step. Step II: Intermediate level choreography for the more experienced stepper. Step III: Advanced choreography for those up for the body and mind challenge!!
Stretch and Align - It is never too late to improve your posture and flexibility. This class will help you understand the principles of alignment, stretching and balance, to make your everyday life more enjoyable.
Zumba - Spanish slang for “to move fast and have fun”, this Latin inspired movement will turn exercise into a party!
Belly Dancing - Emphasis Come learn body isolations, beautiful hand motions and sultry dance movements while improving joint mobility, and losing inches from your waist in this fun cardio class!
